Tez & Noah Jellyman

Hello!


It is Noah Jellyman here reporting about my half term adventure with Tez the Tiger.



I was so excited to have the pleasure of securing Tez's company over the half term period particularly as it was my 7th birthday on 18th Feb 14.

I told Tez to ensure he packed his water proofs and wellington boots as Mum and Dad were taking us away for a couple of days in a caravan near to where Cousin Holly lived in Somerset.

Car packed we headed off for our trip. Tez pointed out to me that we were going in the wrong direction, heading for Tamworth? We realised that Mum and Dad had in fact tricked us! when we arrived at the Drayton Manor Park Hotel and learnt we were having an adventure at Thomas Land.

Jumping up and down for joy we checked into the hotel and found that we were to stay in a Thomas Themed Room. Tez and I had our own bunk beds, we were given each Thomas Tank bubble bath, books, crayons, slippers and other treats.

We did not sleep much that night as we could not wait to go the Thomas Land Park and the Zoo. We awoke hearing a wood pecker!, had breakfast and then played mini golf until the park opened. Tez and I could not retain our excitement and managed to beat Dad at the mini golf.

As you can see from the photographs attached the Thomas Land park was amazing. We went on all the rides together. Mum spent most of the time screaming whilst Tez, Dad and myself laughed.

We saw the Fat Controller and a clown who's cat liked Tez.

Tez and my favourite ride was a Roller Coaster ride, which initially climbed a hill slowly, then went so fast we nearly tipped out of the sides - It was thrilling.

After lunch we visited the Zoo, saw lots of different animals like a Black Panther, Monkey's, Reptiles, Birds and an added bonus was visiting the Dinosaur Park which was cool!.

It was sad when we had to leave as we had so much fun. We had a quick wash and headed for the Childrens entertainment at the hotel which was a Magician and Disco. Tez and I won some chocolates and enjoyed dancing.
